They specialize in practice management, aiding doctors in transitioning to ownership, expanding practices, and facilitating transitions for retiring practitioners. Derek's partnership with the VA in 2022 led to the establishment of 150 treatment centers for Veterans, significantly boosting profits. His upcoming book "Startup 101" and plans for speaking engagements and online courses demonstrate his commitment to sharing expertise. In his leisure time, Derek enjoys family time, travel, and exercise.
